| LPD (Low Pressure Drop) and LLPD (Low-Low Pressure Drop) Motionless Mixers are best suited for low viscosity turbulent flow mixing and blending applications. The semi-elliptical plates are positioned in a tubluar housing and they split & generate the mixing of the product.

ISG (Interfacial Surface Generator) Motionless Mixers are best applied to high viscosity laminar flow applications. This design generates over 2 million layers in only 10 mixing elements. The layer generation is mathematically predictable.

Sanitary Motionless Mixers are frequently used for the inline blending of food products that require low shear, to prevent breakage of the product components. They are constructed of 316 stainless steel and are all polished to a #4, easily cleanable finish. |
